Likewise, you will not suffer from any premature fatigue, particularly when you are engaging in high-intensity exercises. Meanwhile, cooling down is good for promoting recovery and avoiding muscle soreness. Do not forget to warm up and cool down to enjoy their respective benefits.

Using improper form

It is essential for you to maintain proper form, no matter what exercise you are engaging in. This not only helps you avoid the risk of injury, but also gives you the results you want. It does not matter whether you are following a yoga routine, lifting weights or doing any other workout; you need to do it correctly for optimal results. You can suffer from injury or burnout if you stick to the same activity and do not switch over time.
